Managing Director

Azza has been an influential figure in recruitment for over 25 years. After launching Accountancy Options in 1999, her name has become synonymous with recruitment in Melbourne. Now overseeing three divisions, the company continues to flourish under her leadership. Azza ensures life balance by spending quality time with family, travelling and taking long beach walks with Maxi, her adorable dog.

Director

Amanda has been recruiting for over 20 years both in Melbourne and international markets. An expert in senior accounting and finance roles, Amanda is a highly respected recruiter and a true leader within the business. Amanda’s clients love her engaging personality and proactive approach, and she’s well-known for her ability to turn around any brief quickly and efficiently.

Andrea Ogden

Director

Andrea started out as an Accountant but is now a career recruiter with over 25 years recruitment experience. She has been instrumental in the start-up of two successful recruitment agencies, including ours. Andrea’s genuine personality and human-focused approach are what sets her apart in her field, and her exceptional work sets the standard for our service. Andrea specialises in recruiting senior and executive level roles across accounting, finance & financial services. She is the first to pop the bubbles on a Friday and will never miss a chance to dance.

Megan Turner

Associate Director

Megan is a senior HR professional turned recruiter. After eight years with the global charity Movember, Megan joined us to spearhead a new division dedicated to business support recruitment. Thanks to her extensive industry experience, Megan provides her clients with stacks of valuable advice and insights. In her spare time, Megan tends to her chickens, alpacas and her four children.

Mariam Zekeria-Mir

Mariam is a highly professional consultant who works exclusively with businesses in Melbourne’s South East and Eastern suburbs. Joining us after five years with global recruitment agencies, Mariam is praised for her strong business acumen and candidate care. Outside of work Mariam spends time looking after her beautiful son, and binge watches British crime dramas when she gets a spare moment.

Sara has worked in financial services recruitment for 15 years and works closely with our clients in superannuation, fund management, and banking. Known for investing heavily in both her client and candidate relationships, Sara is passionate about providing an exceptional level of client service. A high volume recruiter who thrives under pressure, Sara’s contagious energy makes her the life and soul of the office.

Natasha Jordan

Senior Recruitment Consultant

Natasha is a hands-on, savvy recruiter specialising in accounting and finance support. With nine years of experience across Melbourne and the U.K, Natasha’s refreshingly thorough approach means she always delivers. Natasha’s clients consider her to be a truly valuable recruitment partner, although she feels she’d have made a great Spice Girl too! When she’s not recruiting, Natasha is dishing out diet advice as a newly qualified nutritional therapist.

Ryan is Chartered Accountant turned recruiter. After 10 years in senior accounting roles, Ryan has an advanced working knowledge of the industry. Specialising in senior accounting and finance recruitment, his open and honest communication style has allowed him to build strong partnerships with some of Melbourne’s top employers. Ryan is a massive Melbourne Demons and Denver Nuggets (basketball) fan.

Starting out her career in HR, Laura joined our team after working with us as a client. Specialising in recruitment for the financial services industry, her ability to turn around last minute briefs quickly and smoothly makes her a huge asset to those she works with. Outside of work she’s either in the gym or at a festival, and is occasionally seen dressed as a unicorn.

Rachel Funnell

Recruitment Coordinator

Rachel joined us a receptionist over 10 years ago and is now a recruitment coordinator for our Options in Finance division. An organisational powerhouse and admin gun, Rachel is the backbone of her team. Originally from New Zealand, Rachel is now a fully-fledged, coffee loving Melburnian.

Kerry Hale

Recruitment Advisor & Procedures Analyst

Kerry has been working in HR and recruitment for over nine years, and now heads up our internal support team. Once a recruiter herself, Kerry’s reliability and epic problem-solving skills saw her make a natural shift into office and process management. Kerry is a major adrenaline junkie, and if she’s not jumping out of a plane she’s probably in a bar down chapel street.
