Timetable

Contractors and temporary staff are required to submit timesheets before 6pm each Friday.

Employers are requested to approve or decline timesheets before 10am Monday.

 

 

Timesheet Status Definitions

Active 
timesheet created by temp/contractor but not yet submitted for approval

Pending Approval 
timesheet submitted to employer for approval

Declined 
timesheet declined by manager; staff member to review asap

Approved 
timesheet approved by employer

Closed 
timesheet processed by Payroll Office
