Competency Based Interviews

Also known as a Behavioural Based Interview (BBI) or the STAR Interview Approach, Competency Based interviews (CBI) are a very common technique used in large corporates.

You may be advised beforehand that this technique will be utilised at your face-to-face interview.

Our Options' consultants will help you prepare for this style of interview before you attend any employer interview arranged by us.
