Team Leader - Superannuation Claims

Reporting to Senior Management, you will lead and motivate a team of 5, You will provide leadership to a team providing high quality insurance and claims administration and client service to fund members of this highly visible superannuation fund. You may have developed this experience within an Industry Fund, Corporate Suuperannuation environment, Wrap Platfom, Custodiam, Life Insurance or Finacial Planning environment.

Your remit will be varied as you gain exposure to all facets of the Superannuation claims process, take on the multi skilling and workflow responsibilities of this professional and client focused team. You will provide on going training and feedback to ensure adherence to quality standards and will take on process improvement/ ad hoc projects.

Internal and external educational opportunities will be made available to you as you continue your professional development.

You are well known for your leadership capability and excellent communication skills and ability get the best out of your team. RG146 qualifications will be highly regarded.
