This is a great opportunity to join a values driven community based organisation in a highly commercial role and at a time of exciting change - as a Finance Business Partner managing a small team of 4 Business Analysts.

Reporting to the Financial Controller of this large and well respected organisation in the East you will enjoy the challenge in this busy leadership role that will have a big focus on improving stakeholder relationships and commercial support and driving improvements in reporting and analysis.

 

Key duties include:


Implementing KPI reporting and benchmarking
Providing support to tender processes and business case preparation
Providing commercial analysis
Preparation of budgets and forecasts and month end reporting

The role requires a driven candidate with the initiative to drive change and improvement as well as actively improve relationships with key stakeholders. You will ideally be CPA qualified with a commercial management accounting skills and a strength in business anlaysis ans business partnering. It is important that you are an energetic, dedicated, people person, who is values driven as well as able to be provide leadership to the team. It is also important that you are able to travel out to site to meet with your stakeholders and build reltionships on a regular basis.

Salary is up to $120K package
